Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by text message or e-mail if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours.

It's simple, login in to your account here on the website and select "My Bookings". Here you will be able to manage your upcoming cleanings.  You also have the option to email us at info@flawlesscleaningllc.com (info@flawlesscleaningllc.com)or call or text us at 916-613-4685 to receive an immediate response.

I Have An Alarm System, What Do I Do?

No worries, on the day of your scheduled cleaning you may want to disable your alarm for that day. You can also provide us with the code to disable it at the time of service. We will enable the alarm at the end of your service.

What If I'm Unsatisfied With My Service?

Flawless Cleaning LLC strives to leave your space flawless. If you are unsatisfied with your service please email, text, or call us within 24 hours of your service and we will return the next business day to perform the service again, no questions asked.

How Does Instant Book Work?

After choosing the date of your service, the amount of hours you are interested in, and paying for your session a Flawless Cleaning LLC representative will contact you within 2 hours to confirm booking. You will be provided with the name of your representative and window of arrival.
