Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Please notify us by text message or e-mail if your cancellation is outside of our normal business hours.
How Do I Reschedule My Cleaning?
It's simple, login in to your account here on the website and select "My Bookings". Here you will be able to manage your upcoming cleanings. You also have the option to email us at info@flawlesscleaningllc.com or call or text us at 916-613-4685 to receive an immediate response.
I Have An Alarm System, What Do I Do?
No worries, on the day of your scheduled cleaning you may want to disable your alarm for that day. You can also provide us with the code to disable it at the time of service. We will enable the alarm at the end of your service.
What If I'm Unsatisfied With My Service?
Flawless Cleaning LLC strives to leave your space flawless. If you are unsatisfied with your service please email, text, or call us within 24 hours of your service and we will return the next business day to perform the service again, no questions asked.
